Exchange Zones

Large, well-appointed home in the rolling hills of Virginia outside of Washington, D.C. Five bedrooms, each with either a king or a queen bed, sleep 10 people. We have a living room, family room, library, large eat-in kitchen, and dining room. There's a large deck, a pool, and three grills for outdoor enjoyment. The house is at the bottom of a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood. The house serves as a great base camp to visit the city (Washington or Baltimore) or the countryside famous for beautiful horse farms, Civil War battlefields, and early American landmarks such as Mount Vernon. There's plenty of nature to see, too, with national parks and forests all around.

We're closest to Washington Dulles (IAD), but Baltimore (BWI) and Washington (WAS) are viable options, too.

Our house is large enough and private enough that if someone wants or needs hospitality or to overlap our trips, we're open to hosting.
