This beautiful beach house lies west of the coastal highway in the popular Bayshore Estates, overlooking miles of whitewater ocean views. It has been recently remodeled, and it features style, character and craftsmanship. The house lies just a few minutes walk from the ocean waters.

There is a large ocean view deck, gorgeous landscaping, and the house is in great condition (hardwood floors, granite countertops, marble fireplace, travertine tile, vaulted ceilings, open floor plan).

Local attractions on this beautiful stretch of the Oregon Coast include: Cape Perpetua scenic area (Hiking, etc), Alsea Bay, Heceta Head, Yaquina Bay, etc. It is a rural area, yet close Newport and Florence, featuring a wide variety of coastal activities and tourists destinations.

Guests will have access to all club amenities (heated pool, tennis courts, clubhouse).

We welcome mild mannered cats (we have our own), but due to our hardwood floor, we really are not comfortable with dogs in the house. We are very flexible in general, so please inquire.

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a younger family with a small child and two trained Ragdoll cats. We take very good care of our home and put a lot of pride into renovating it and upkeeping the beach house.

We are looking to spend some amount of time in Canada, being that we have been accepted via Skilled Workers immigration. We would not only like to summer and vacation, but also familiarize ourselves with different areas as we start our residency. This provides us with an opportunity to do so affordably.

We hope to find people looking for an amazing vacation in a beautiful area, who will respect and take care of our home.
