Large villa with private heated pool on the Gulf Coast of Florida, over looking lake and preserve. Minutes from beaches, restaurants, shops and Historic Town Centre of Venice. Situated on a gated community with club house and variety of facilities - tennis, pool, jacuzzi, basket ball, health club etc.
Our home has a formal living room and formal dining room. There is an independent, fully equiped kitchen leading to the nook and then onto the family room with TV, DVD, Broadband etc. The master bedroom has its own ensuite with walk in shower and tub. The rear bedroom also has ensuite facilities, while the other 2 bedrooms share a bath/shower room. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished and have large wardrobes.The master and guest bedrooms both have TVs. The house has hot and cold aircon. The villa is also avail for rent.
