The condo is located at Venice Beach, California. Within walking distance of the beach, Marina del Rey and the bike path. Also Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Malibu are all near by. Public transport at Lincoln Blvd, only 3 mins walk. It's a great location to be at. I have a bike if you want to ride. The condo is only 15 mins from LAX airport (but no noise). The Condo is 2 bed 1.5 bath, with separate lounge room. Also a seperate office loft with high speed internet. There is Satellite TV. There are only two condos in the building. I also have a Car to swap.
Interested in hearing about all swap possiblities in all international locations at all times of the year.

PS: I also have a luxury condo in Costa Rica on the Pacific Coast, which is sometimes available for exchange.
