It's a studio apartment in Venice Beach - Los Angeles, California. It's small, but fits two people on a daily basis. There are no bedrooms - the living room works as a bedroom - but there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is a block from the beach.

The Venice Beach area of Los Angeles is known for its boardwalk, with many shops, cafes and different people browsing around. It's a very laid-back, relaxed area - and sunny for the majority of time. The boardwalk has a walking/biking path, and there is decent surf in the sea. There are many rental shops in the area, should you want to pick up a bike. We have a surfboard and a skateboard you're welcome to use.

There are shops, restaurants, bars and cafes all walking-distance from the apartment. You can't smoke in the apartment but there's an outdoor patio in the building where smoking is permitted.

Santa Monica is walking/bus distance, and there are many attractions there too - shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas, bowling.
