Exchange Zones

Our home is in the Glencove area between Vallejo and Benica. The address is technically Vallejo, but the property is county not city. Our location gives a country feel, even though we have neighbors, we all have larger lots. We are about a half and hour drive to Berkeley/Oakland and the Napa valley wineries. It is about 40 minutes to San Francisco and an hour to the Sonoma wine country.

House:
The house is older, and it is about 1000 sq feet. It has 3 bedrooms and one bath, though the layout is not typical, and the bedrooms are not huge, it has a lot of charm. One room is our bedroom which is the largest, and off of that is another bedroom that we have converted to our small home gym with an elliptical, full weight set, bench, TV and bike trainer. If you needed this as a bedroom it could be rearranged to accommodate an air mattress, but we don't have another full bed for it. The last bedroom is separate from the first two and we use it to store our wine and as a guest bedroom with an aero bed that you are welcome to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new stove and double oven. It also has a fridge, microwave, coffee pot etc. We have DSL Internet, desktop, printer, laptop, TV, DVD, VCR, CD, cable and Tivo.

Pets:
We have two low maintainece cats, and an optional black Lab named Lily. We have friends that can watch Lily if you are not dog people, as we understand that not everyone is. The cats however come with the house :-)

Yard:
The yard is 1/3 of an acre fenced with wild grass.

Cars:
We would be willing to do a car trade as well. We have a 2007 Escape Hybrid and a 2005 Ford Focus.
