Waterfront Gulf of Mexico with narrow white beach and canal with boat dock for shallow draft sail or fishing boat. Bordering on National Wildlife refuge with Dolphins eagles, pelicans, herons, egrit,
osprey, wild turkey, deer, and wild hog, you name it. This is a small (1200 sq ft) home, but with porch overlooking marsh grass, and 500 sq ft deck with sweeping view of gulf. Decks all the way around the house. Near Wakulla Springs, view of St. Marks light house, endless fishing. Near Talla Fl with airport and quaint oak lined streets.

We prefer a swap in Victoria BC since I will be taking part time teaching post at Uvic. I am a semi-retired professor of physics. Pictures are of view off of upstairs balcony, view off of lower deck, view of canal entrance, and a view of canal where one can keep a small shallow draft boat or fish or set crab trap off of 8x24ft dock.
