private,sunny,comfortable,mountain home and panoramic views of truckee river and Northstar.Close to town of Truckee (5 minutes)and Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe. No garage and we have a steep driveway... Great room, granite tile, hardwood floors, open beam ceiling , skylights. Woodstove and also gas hydronic heat. Sunny downstairs sleeps 2 adults with full bathroom and upstairs has small master bedroom plus another bedroom for one. Great room has large screen tv, sectional leather seating, dining room table,granite tile island with barstools. I can e mail photos. Just e mail me and let me know what photos you would like. We have a cat that needs feeding when your here..she's in and out..you can leave her in the entry where her food and water and leave the slider open ..This is our primary home..This home would accomodate 5 comfortably.. attn.Skiers; our son manages a ski rental business, Black Tie ski rentals, and they bring all the ski and snowboard rentals to you (in case your interested in that convenience)..Thanks!
