We live in a 3/2, 1400 square foot home in Summerfield, Florida. We are open to house swap. Our home is located 10 miles from Ocala and 4 miles to The Villages (major active retirement community). We are 1 hour from Orlando and all of the attractions, 1 hour from Daytona Beach, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Tampa. Our home is in a small, quite subdivision in the country. The Villages has all the shopping and restaurants you could need. Ocala has a natural theme park, Silver Springs. Marion County is the horse capital of the World! Our area is home to many parks, nature trails, and other outdoor activities. Our area has many U-Pick farms open at different times of the year. In our home we have the master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. There are two other bedrooms that share the hall bath. One room has a queen bed and the other room has a crib. Our home is casual and easy to relax in.
