Historic Sullivan's Island about 10 min drive to Charleston, SC. Fort moultrie is about a mile walk or a few minutes by golf cart. You will be very close to Sullivan's Island park with volleyball, lighted tennis courts and basketball court. You are short walking distance to the commercial area where there are several restaurants, bars and galleries. Poes Tavern, Dunleavy's Pub, HomeTeam BBQ, Station 22, High Thymes, and Atlanticville are some of them. You will be about a 4 minute walk to the beach.
This is a brand new house built this past year. It has antique heartpine floors throughout accept for the bathrooms and kithen which are limestone. Custom woodwork and kitchen cabinets designed by the owner resdential designer/ Landscape Architect Heidi Brown. This is a one of a kind house in a peaceful location but close to the action.

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are middle aged couple with a soon to be 13 year old son. So we are busy with his activities. My wife is self employed and works out of the home. She is a residential designer/Landscape Architect and I am a Federal Government Employee. We truly enjoy the island living and all that it has to offer. We also enjoy going out to see different shows and enjoy walking in downtown Charleston where we lived for many years and where we still own rental property.
