Available for summer 2013 only. Cozy, rural home (2100 sq. ft) with tons of rural privacy. 15 mins from downtown shopping, 40 mins from VA beach, 20 mins from Chowan River, North Carolina- great for boating! Great decks for grilling out. Large master bedroom with bath and guest bedroom fully furnished with bath. Two additional bedrooms are not furnished with beds. May be asked to feed bird and cats (indoor/outdoor cats) so must not be allergic!
