60 steps to the beach on one side and a 2 minute walk to the Intercoastal Waterway on the other. This quiet but hip area is popular for surfing and surf fishing and has 4 great restaurants within minutes. Our 6 year young, 1675 square foot home is a 5 minute drive to the fun & activity filled 'Oldest town in America', downtown St. Augustine. The Vilano Beach Pier is a 2 minute drive or a 45 minute beach walk away where you will find the local Surf Shop, Post Office, Dry Cleaners, a Publix Grocery store, ice cream shop and 5 more restaurants and a Pub. A 20 minute drive to home of the PGA at TPC Sawgrass, and a 2 hour drive to DisneyWorld. There is an oversize King bed in the Master and chairs on the patio to enjoy some magnificent sunsets. There are 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom with a TV and a small ocean view and the 3rd has a Queen bed with a 2.5" Memory Foam topper, TV and it is also the Library. This room has a small ocean view as well as you can see the bridge to St.Augustine and at night the Lighthouse shines through. We have A/C, Ceiling Fans,2.5 bathrooms, 37" LCD TV, Cable, Microwave, Front Porch with 3 chairs to enjoy the great breeze off the ocean, a Back Porch with lounge chairs, bbq qrill and a fenced in back yard. Washer & Dryer upstairs, Full Kitchen and all Linens & Towels. The Garage has space for 1 vehicle as well as 2 Adult Bicycles & 2 Childrens bikes & helmets, 2 Razors, Boogie Boards, Fishing poles & gear, Beach chairs/Umbrella, Baseball mitts & balls, footballs, frisbee, 2 Tennis racquets, beach toys and more.
