I am looking for a fair trade, meaning a centrally located condo, safe, clean and in a good neighborhood.

We are looking to come for a week in June, dates are flexible. We could either do a swap during the same time, or arrange something else.

Please do not waist my time with any scams or money wiring transactions. Also be very up front about whether you own the condo or not, and exactly what the transaction will entail.

I own a recently renovated luxury condo, right in the heart of South Beach.

1 parking spot is available with the rental, no need to worry about parking, and really no need to drive as everything you need is right around you.

Within steps of the unit is everything that South Beach has to offer, the best nightclubs, restaurants, shopping, everything.

Fully furnished and completley renovated modern 1bedroom condo right in the heart of south beach.

You can see the ocean from both the living room and the balcony, and you could throw a rock to the beach.

All state of the art new 'Frigidaire professional series' stainless steel appliances. Granite countertops, undermount big sink.

full office setup with desk, bookshelf, fax/scanner/copier/printer. Wireless internet throughout the condo, Apple airport extreme, big screen Sharp Aquos LCD tv on the wall, dvd player, Klipsch ipod stereo player.

There is No Smoking, and No Pets allowed. Also a maximum of three people are allowed to stay.
