Newly remodeled kitchen with slate floor, new sink and countertops with gas range, electric oven and microwave. Laundry room houses washer, dryer. A covered deck wraps around much of the house affording outdoor seating. From inside or out, the views of the trees, our seasonal creek make our home a delightful place to spend time.

Our street has a wide spectrum of homes, from very high-end to funky with our home being literally and figuratively in the middle. Definately not urban but decidedly not suburban either, we live on a country lane surrounded by wonderful trees and gentle hills. Our mild Mediterranian climate makes Sonoma Valley home to dozens of world-class wineries with picturesque vineyards dominating the landscape. A short drive from our home can lead you to the all the urban pleasures of the San Francisco Bay Area,to the unparalleled beauty of California's rugged coastline, the majestic redwood forests and the graceful valleys and hills of our premium vineyard lands.

Maureen is 57 years old, a self-employed, consultant grant writer, and quite responsible. Chris is 58 years old and a landscape gardener who takes care of large estate gardens. We are avid hikers and cyclists. We are also non-smokers. We have no animals, but we are open to taking care of cats.
