Exchange Zones

Our condo is a hop away from Downtown Atlanta and all the city life. We live in a gated community with tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pool, and nearby several outdoor parks/areas. Not only is it close to the city, it is close to any major attractions within the metro Atlanta area - Stone Mountain Park, Six Flags over Georgia, etc.


Our condo is 1005 square feet and has a total of 5 rooms.

BEDROOM- includes full size bed with two bedside tables, 5 drawer dresser, 7 drawer dresser with hutch, and stand alone mirror. Sliding door lead to the patio where you can relax with the quiet sounds of the outdoors.

BATHROOM- Shower has wonderful water pressure and TWO heads. Perfect size for a relaxing bubble bath.

SUNROOM- Plenty of sunlight provided by a wall full of windows and a sliding door that leads to the patio. Room is furnished with a reading chair, lamp, and office area which includes computer (with high speed internet) and all-in-one printer.

LIVING ROOM- Comfy cream-colored sofa and love seat set. Sofa pulls out into a queen size bed. Huge TV armoire with cable (includes all hbo, max, etc. channels), vcr, dvd player, playstation, and sound system. Gas and wood burning fireplace and built in book shelves add the perfect touch to a comfortable and relaxing enironment.

DINING ROOM- Includes beautiful dining room table that seats up to 6, buffet with matching hutch, and kegerator. Beautiful light fixture is adjustable with a touch dimmer.

KITCHEN- Provided with coffee maker, blender, rice maker, crock pot, microwave, and enough dinnerware for the neighborhood! Inside kitchen you can also find a hidden space where the washer and dryer hides.

PATIO- Wonderful and peaceful setting of the quiet neighborhood, also includes seating for up to four (maybe five if you can squeeze in one more person on the bench!!).
