Silverdale, WA We have a large two-story home on a 3/4 acre rural wooded lot on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula in Washington State. We have a grassed yard with lots of flowers and fir trees, a deck for relaxing and barbecues and even a play yard for kids. Our home is tastefully decorated with 4 bedrooms, 1 bonus room, a library, sitting room, dining room and kitchen eating area.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped, includes granite counter-tops, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee/espresso maker, toaster oven, cutlery, dishes and dishwasher.

DINING AREAS
The Kitchen dining area seats 6, with a beautiful view of the back yard, trees and birds in the morning. The Dining Room is steps away and can accommodate up to 12

MASTER BEDROOM
The upstairs Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed with matching dressing tables, reading lamps, clock/radio, ceiling fan. Master Bathroom has tub and shower, two sinks and two closets.

BEDROOMS 2,3 and 4
The children's bedrooms are upstairs and tastefully decorated for teenage girls, one pink, one purple, one blue/green. All with built-in closets and twin beds

BONUS ROOM
Our upstairs Bonus Room has computer access and a double futon with a dresser for storage

LAUNDRY
Laundry is upstairs with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

LIBRARY
Our Library is a quiet downstairs retreat with large collection of books and computer access.

GARAGE
Three car garage available for your private parking
Car exchange is negotiable.

Beautiful yard adjacent to wooded walking trails for an early morning walk or to listen to the birds. Conveniently located in Silverdale, WA, just minutes off HWY 3 Shops, grocery, mall, cinema and restaurants are 5 minutes away. Quaint Norwegian town of Poulsbo is a 15 minute drive. The waters of Puget sound surround us.

Liberty Bay - 15 min
Hood Canal - 15 min.
Lots of opportunity for kayaking or water sports.

There are also several golf courses in the immediate area and greens fees are reasonable.
