15 minutes by car from Beverly Hills and BelAir right at the bottom of the Beverly Hills, hills, Studio City, North Hollywood, Hollywood and Universal City Walk. 5 minutes maxim walking from any restaurants, shopping area and major mall, 20 minutes by car from Downtown Los Angeles, and 25 minutes from the ocean, Santa Monica, Malibu and so on. Great, safe upper middle class neighborhood, whit plenty places to accommodate any activities. For the warm Californian days the apartment complex offers a gorgeous, well maintained pool as well as Jacuzzi just 1 minute away from my door. 35 minutes away (by car) from Six Flags Park, 45 minutes away from Disneyland California and Knott’s Berry Farm and 2 hours away (by car) from Sea World, San Diego California.
