This is a great 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2000sq. foot home with a huge deck and great views. It sits on top of hill, across from a vineyard, at the end of a rural lane. It's easy to feel as if you're in your own private get away here and, in a sense, you are. Although close to town, there is an amazing amount of wildlife here: deer, hawks, wild turkey, quail, ect. . However when you want to go into town, it's 3 min. down the hill; San Francisco - 45 min. away, the famous Wine Country - you're there, the Russian River - 15 min. away, the ocean - 20 min. away, the Redwood forest - 20 min. away - it's all right here! This a friendly neighborhood where we all wave to each other. There are only 10 homes on the lane so we have our own community feel. Just down the lane is the town of Sebastopol, long known as an artistic, creative community. There is lots to do in town for children and adults: theater ( movie and live ) , day spas, wonderful restuarants of all kinds, ceramic painting, galleries, fun, funky shops, and so much more - literally, something for everyone! It is one of the most desirable locations to own a home in Sonoma County. Placed right between Santa Rosa and Bodaga Bay, north of San Francisco and in the Wine Country, it's perfectly situated.
