We live in the U-district about a ten minute walk from the UW. This apartment would be ideal for other students; though it is small and I'd suggest only having 5 people max in the apartment. We are a ten minute drive to downtown Seattle when there's no traffic or a 30 min bus ride. We had endless food/bar/pub options in the U-district.
