I am a 39 year old female and this is a studio condo I used to live (but I moved to a larger home) in and I own but these days I rent it out; however there are gaps in the rental cycle and I thought it would be great to swap with someone who is interested in seeing the beautiful NW of the USA. I have a partner, that I live with and a 21 year old studious son. I am not looking to swap at the same time as you, I will be looking for a place at another time during the year (when I can get a holiday off). My place is clean and tidy, jsut the way we would keep yours.
