Park your car in the garage. As you enter our spacious unit you are greeted by new ceramic tile floors adorned by area rugs for your comfort. The interior décor complements and harmonizes with the tropical setting. Art and accessories fill this spacious home away from home. Leather sofas, rocking chairs, torchieres, a flat screen tv, cd player and books all help you have a relaxing time. Access your email and keep in touch using the free internet system and landline.

The master bedroom features a king bed and a tropical view. A small second bedroom features a single bed, closet and tv. The bathroom features a tub with shower and sink, and an adjacent dressing room features a sink, a large mirror, counter and vanity storage coupled with a well stocked linen closet and a large walk-in closet empty and waiting for your bathing suit and robe!

Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen and freshen your wardrobe using the laundry facility. Eat at the kitchen counter, the dining table or on the lanai with its view to the lake. The lanai has sliding glass, full height door panels that open for a fully screened enclosure. Enjoy the lovely weather!

Beach towels, chairs and gear can be found in the closets; you only need your bathing suit to go to the beach! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key’s pride and joy, is the Travel Channel's choice for the 2nd best beach in Florida. It's just a short walk. The white sand is soft and inviting, the water warm with gentle waves, and sunsets are fluorescent orange. The public beach features a bathhouse and snack bar, volleyball nets, picnic area with grills, and an exercise trail. Quaint Siesta Village has shops and restaurants. Only a short and beautiful drive to the downtown of Sarasota, you can visit museums, see a play or a band, play golf, or shop until you drop.
