This duplex feels like a beach house with open wood frame vintage windows over looking a tree lined streets with palm trees in the distance. 2.5 miles from the beach, cool breezes, the place is above the garage so it is raised off the street giving you a nice view. The place is clean, cozy, and has a vintage feel to it. The street it is on is very quiet, lines with green trees, and lots of people running, or riding bikes to the beach and shops. There are restaurants, shops, coffee shops in walking distance and the beach is a 10 minute ride away.
