Spanish-style 2700 s.f. one-story home on 1.6 acres just off Old Santa Fe Trail, 10 minutes to Santa Fe Plaza, even closer to Museum Hill. This is our home and we have 3 children (ages 6, 4 and 3 months) and a dog. My husband is a physician and I am a midwife/ nurse practitioner. We have never house-swapped but are interested in exploring the option. If you're looking for peace and quiet with proximity to the attractions of Santa Fe and the surrounding mountains, this is the place for you!
