This house is in the University campus. UCSC campus is very beautiful it was a state park before and it still looks like one. We have free internet access and cable-TV. The house is completely furnished. Bedrooms are carpeted but the living room is hardwood floor. The house is about 100 square meters. Washers and dryers are 20 meters from the house, right across the parking area.
We live in Santa Cruz, great transportation system buses are coming very often.
The downtown is great. The ocean can be seen from the parking area; also the ocean view form west-cliff drive is amazing. It is a great place for people who love nature.
There are very beautiful state parks nearby with trees as old as 2000 years!

We are going to Europe for 1 month, from July 24 to August 24. We have place to stay for the first week but we are looking for a house near Miramare Trieste for August 1st through 24. We are also interested to sublet our house for the 1 month period that we are not here for 1300$ (our rent)
