Exchange Zones

Our house is located in beautiful Santa Barbara, a popular seaside tourist town in Southern California. It has both mountains and beaches and great shopping. Our house is a 10 minute drive to several less populated beaches or the main beaches of downtown.

Our house is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We have four bedrooms, two with Queen size beds, one with a single bed and one with two single beds. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with public tennis courts close by. We have a Jacuzzi, ping pong table, pool table, at least 5 adult bikes, 2 single kayaks, 2 boogie boards, a great surfboard for learning to surf and also toys for preschool aged children.

You could have a great vacation surfing, kayaking, sunning, playing volleyball, hiking, biking, wine tasting, eating and shopping in Santa Barbara!

Santa Barbara is a casual beach town, but if you want more action, Los Angeles is just a drive away. LA, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Malibu and Venice beach are about one and a half hours drive. Disneyland is a 2 hours drive.

You can also visit fabulous wineries in Santa Ynez, which is only 45 minutes away.

We have one car available for trips downtown or trips out of Santa Barbara and also one car which is great for carrying the kayaks or surfboards to the beach.
