Located 5 miles west of Downtown Santa Barbara, we are centrally located to access all of Santa Barbara's great outdoor activities and dining within 15 minutes. We are minutes away from several beaches, and close to shopping and dining. We are in a quiet suburban neighborhood with excellent neighbors. Our home was remodeled 10 years ago to add a new wing and update some of our home. We have a master suite that is wheelchair accessible and we are ideally set up for multiple families or couples. We have a remodeled kitchen and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the warm evenings. We have a new jacuzzi, wifi, and can offer several beach amenities if requested.
