Our light and airy home is a 5 minute walk to downtown San Luis Obispo and a 10 minute walk to the train station. We have a backyard with a green space directly behind it, a grassy area, and bonfire pit. Fully stocked kitchen and dining area, as well as a comfy living room. It's very temperate and mild here, so no Air Conditioning, but there is a heating unit.

Beaches and wineries are all within 15 minutes away. San Luis Obispo was recently named the "happiest city in the US." We love it!
