Tastefully decorated one-bedroom with comfortable queen-size bed, large closet, dresser and nightstands with plenty of space for clothing, books and storage. Living room with 40" flat-screen TV, DVD player, Apple TV, stereo and bookcase. Dining room with elegant glass dining table and six dining chairs, and built-in shelves, cupboards and bookcases. Studio/office with draughtsman's table, bookcase and built-in CD/DVD shelves (thousands of CDs and a couple hundred movies in collection). Large kitchen with nice appliances and fixtures and large food pantry. Laundry room with washer, dryer, utility sink and storage space. All rooms have large windows, very sunny and bright. Everything spotlessly clean and in perfect working order. Private entrance, safe and secure.

I have lived in this apartment for more than seven years and am considering an exchange for the first time, in the hope of finding a similarly nice place in Paris where my partner and I can stay during our upcoming visit.
