This is our home. We have a great town-home in a family oriented community near the beach. This is the best area of San Diego, being near to the beach and with high-end houses. Our complex has swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, sauna and club house. It is all surrounded by green vegetation (within the complex) and it is perfectly safe for kids to step out of the house and play around. It is bike distance to the beach (10 mins) and by car is 2 mins. You can walk to 2 shopping malls nearby, for restaurants, groceries, coffee, etc. The outlets are about 20 mins drive.

Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bath, two levels and a patio. You'll be able to use our bikes (we have kid's chair to mount on the bike, and adults and kids bicycles) and our car. We have a cleaning lady that's very affordable and comes 2 times a week. She can also prepare meals, if desired.

The community is called Carmel Valley and Del Mar. It is an upscale neighborhood with great beaches, restaurants and shops. It is not a party oriented neighborhood but rather beach, relax and family oriented.

We have a 4 years old son. We are both engineers who have been living in San Diego for 9 years now. Our family lives in La Nucia and would like a house exchange for when we go there in summer.
