Exchange Zones

Our home is located in Hillcrest, a lively/ ecclectic little neighborhood just steps away from downtown San Diego. This location is very walkable to tons of restaurants, theatres, coffee shops, the infamous San Dieo Zoo (less that two blocks from the house!), the amazing Balboa Park with all of its museums, concerts and sights is basically our front yard. You just can't beat the location. The house is older, but very cute and clean (we work on it every weekend). We have a large patio with oversized umbrellas, large picnic table, fire pit and lots of flowers (even with all that you can still park your car back there too!).

There are just so many things to do in San Diego you won't know where to start! Parks, museums, hiking, surfing, sailing, skateboarding, beaches, plays, rollerblading/ biking the boardwalk, farmer's markets in most neighborhoods every day except Monday (Hillcrests' is the best!), symphony, indoor rock climbing, scuba, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Mission Beach Amusement Park, beach bonfires, close to Disneyworld in Anaheim.... Whatever you want to do, San Diego can accommodate, and the weather is usually cooperative.
