Nice 5 year old house on 5 wooded acres. 2 miles from downtown Sandpoint (Voted one of the best outdoor towns in USA by several magazines) Always something to do outdoors. The house is comfortable and there we have several vehicles availble, including a sailboat, motorboat and 2 motorcycles (if you are experienced) Look up Sandpoint ID online and you will see.
