Very convenient location to the city, only one subway stop to East 63 St. and Lexington Ave. Very safe neighborhood, quiet and pedestrian friendly, supermarket across the street, beautiful riverside walk, gym, pool.

We are a couple with no children looking to spend 2/3 months in Hawaii next summer (2011). We are also looking for shorter exchange 2/3 weeks end of December 2010 through mid-January 2011.
