Hiking is less than 10 minutes away to either Piestewa Peak or Camelback Mountain. Shopping is 5 minutes away to Paradise Valley Mall, REI, and Whole Foods. Numerous restaurants within walking distance. Baseball Spring training has grown in popularity and is easily accessible.
