Beautiful house in historical Germantown section of Philadelphia, blocks from train into Center City (15 minute ride). Many theatres, restaurants, Art Museum, Independence Hall, US Mint, Penns Landing, Old City with night clubs, SHOPPING! The house is located right near Fairmount Park, largest park within city limits in USA. (yes, larger even than Central Park in NYC!) Also a short ride to Chestnut Hill, for great boutiques and eateries.

House is fully furnished with cable television on all three floors. Master bedroom has double bed, with attached nursery with crib. Spare bedroom, child's bedroom, 3rd floor has double bed in one bedroom and single in another. All bedrooms very large. Kitchen with small table, double oven, washer/dryer. Separate dining room and large living room. Dutch (top/bottom opening) front door opening to front porch. Side yard, rear yard with deck and patio furniture.
