Live in the festival capital of Arizona

3700ft2 350m2 family home with mountain views, a glass ceiling, and lots of walls of windows inside and out. This house is located in the Arizona mountain town of Payson. A small friendly place which in many ways still typifies the American West. The town is large enough to have all basic services while being small enough that strangers will say hello to each other. The house has a theater with tiered seating and 15ft screen. Recreation room with bar, billiards, table tennis and darts. WIFI internet.

Payson is a small friendly town. Many of the residents of Payson still typify the old west. Saloons, Cowboys and the spring and fall rodeos are all alive an well in Payson. About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a family of 4, with well behaved children ages 9 and 12. We are very unusual that we both have laptop careers so can go anywhere there is reliable internet. We have houses available in both Payson Arizona and Puerto Vallarta Mexico. Also an auto swap and a large RV/caravan that sleeps 8 can be arranged if insureance can be worked out. You could split your time between all three! We have 2 miniture Schnauzer dogs (12 & 18lbs). They may come with us, stay with the home, or be boarded at a facility. We are really quite flexible so don't hesitate to make an offer. While we have not done much home exchange we have done a considerable amount of hospitality exchange as well as managed a number of rental properties. We are looking for a 9-12month exchange during the 2010-2011 school year. We wish to live in a country speaking Spanish or French so that our family can learn a second language and a second culture.
