Our beautiful 4 bedroom and 3 bath duplex condominium is in the heart of Park City, Utah. The place is just huge -- 2000 sq. ft in all! It is a 2nd home, so it is completely available for your use. The condo has high speed internet and cable television. We have a new cook's kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a full size washer and drier, enormous closets. There is a large (20 foot long) living room with a stone fireplace and a large television, a dining room, and a separate very large den on the first floor with television and a DVD player. The master bedroom is 20x16 with a walk in closet and a master bath. The other bedrooms are all excellent sizes also with great closet space. There is a hot tub just eight steps from our front door! Also, in the garage are two car park spaces, however, the Park City shuttle bus stops on our corner. At night, you can see Park City mountain all lit up from the living room balcony and the master bedroom.
The Neighborhood:
Our place is just one block from Park City Mountain Resort and very close to Main Street. The Park City Shuttle stops on our corner so once you are there, you really don't need a car for the immediate area of Park City, the Canyons and Deer Valley, but you will need transportation from the airport to Park City (there are limo and shuttle bus services, and also if you plan to venture out -- and we suggest that you do! Very nearby are some of the world's great mountain biking and hiking trails. There is moose trekking and rafting minutes away, natural mineral hotsprings, the Sundance Institute, arts festivals, trail bicycling and fly fishing. It is worth the drive to see the spectacular red rock canyons in southern Utah. The Park City shuttle can also take you to movies, into town, and all around the general area. It also can take you to Olympic Park where ESPN is often there filming open-to-the-public world class exhibitions year-round! Of course, you can walk to Park City Mountain resort, or across the street to Starbucks, Jan's and Coles outdoor shops, grocery, pharmacy and video stores. An outlet shopping center is ten minutes down the road. There is a swim/health club nearby that offers daily/weekly membership.
