Emeral isle resort oceaan view of sandy white beach condo decorated it has shuttle service from and to airport 15 minutes away walk to new Piear Park where the new margaritaville major store like dillards target Amc theaters Ulta and restaurants like famous Sharkeys. you can go kayaking and rent fishing boats at the PCB pier and you there is a water park and the golf course is 1/2 mile away you can rent scooters bikes and on beach umbrellas and chairs are provided. there is a heated pool indoor and outoor pool there is a fitness room on 4ht floor all with a sauna and wifi station for business use private parking is provided and security is 24/7 in the building
