Beautiful Beach home located half way between Malibu and Santa Barbara
This is our second home and we spend as much time here as possible, as we love it as do our family and friends. A beautiful private beach is at the end of the street. We did a house exchange a few years ago and the party wanted to extend their stay for 2 more months!
The property is as fully equipped as a permanent residence. There are king size beds in 2 bedrooms and twin beds in the 3rd.
The bathrooms have been recently remodeled including a large step down shower in the master bedroom. Both the living and dining areas (X2) are very spacious and comfortable along with the bedrooms. A wet bar enhances the living area. Cheers!!
There is a Jacuzzi on the back patio and a fire pit with tables and chairs in front patio. Plenty of wood is provided
Our home is in a beach community, occupied primarily by full time residents, however several properties are second homes.
A bakery, sandwich shop, pizzeria, restaurant and bar, small grocery and liquor store are a few blocks away. Main grocery shopping and other stores and spas are a mile away. Channel Islands Marina is about a mile away (easy walking) with many water activities available, including boat trips to the Channel Islands (known as the Galapagos of the U.S.). The Ventura Marina is 3 miles to the North, and offers a larger variety of shops and entertainment including the Channel Islands Visitors Center. Several boat excursions are also available to the Islands and it is not uncommon for dolphins to accompany the ride.
Malibu and Santa Barbara are both within an hours drive along the beautiful Pacific Coastline. The Los Angeles area and its many attractions are easily accessible by freeway or train. California’s wine country starts within an hours drive with many wineries and charming towns
