This adorable home is perfect for the family wanting to visit Central Florida! Disney World, Sea World, Universal, Downtown Orlando.. All within 20 minutes!! There are many, many local lakes for fishing, etc. In the backyard you can fish and play basketball on my personal basketball court. Airboat rides, historic downtown, and less than an hour drive to Cocoa/Melbourne beach.
