I am a Florida born & raised architect who has a Historic 4 BR 3 Bath home in well located Orlando, AND a 6 BR 5 B NEW home on the lake in Baldwin Park. Both houses sleep 4 adults comfortably plus 2 kids. We are non-smokers and both kitchens are fabulous, with nice decks and porches. We also have key fobs to 3 awesome pools and one of the houses is lakeview with two porches overlooking a beautiful lake.

We request no pets as we have two tiny dogs and weekend or week swaps. We will also pay $100 night if you prefer to do a rental. Please email info first before calling.

I am a Florida born & raised architect looking for an east or west coast Condo or house to rent or swap when we are getting away from Orlando. You could call me a great renter or even a great housesitter, because I will be happy to follow all sorts of your PICKY rules while I am swapping or renting. I am the Queen of PICKY.

We offer to leave your place better than we found it and to swap one of our houses or to help you find AWESOME rentals when you come to Orlando (we know all the BEST places to visit). We live in Orlando and are looking for weekend BEACHFRONT family getaways that are charming, clean and have great views, especially in Sarasota and Vero, where we have friends and family that we don't want to impose upon.

We do not drink or smoke and I LOVE to do light maintenance when I am visiting (like change lightbulbs, bring our own sheets & towels inside and take our shoes off before entering the house). We don't sit around in wet bathing suits and we take care of everyting we touch. If you email me your getaway photos, I will show you our house that was chosen as the Design Showhouse last year. One house is a brand new 7 BR 6 Bath house on the water in Baldwin Park and the other house is listed on my website, and was chosen as the Orlando Design Show house last year.

I will leave your place cleaner than I found it and we eat out most of the time, so there is very little wear and tear on your beautiful place. I would consider a house swap with one of our beautiful houses in Orlando, but FYI you can ALSO stay at the brand NEW Reunion Resort 4 BR/4 Bath villas with new pools, etc for only $99/night near Disney.
