This is a house out in the country on 3 acres with trees and meadows. The Clackamas River is within walking distance, and is perfect for swimming and playing during the summer months. Portland is 20 miles away. We have a patio and deck out back for evening dinners and relaxing. Birds sing in the morning and frogs and crickets chirp at night. The house is modern and comfortable, but not luxurious.
