Serene sunshine getaway on one acre lot surrounded by mangroves on 3 sides. Two story home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 4 TV xbox gaming center,hardwood floors with updated appliances, large deck with hot tub, ping pong in basement, workout room, separate two story playhouse. Short distance to top rated beaches and golf courses, Tampa Hard Rock Casino, Tampa Bay Downs, ice skating, theatres, half an hour to Busch Gardens, hour to Disney.
Also have a 3200 sq. ft. house about 5 minutes away in a gated golf course community. Has beautiful lanai with outdoor living room and tv, large swimming pool and hot tub. There are only 2 beds in this house (one king and one queen) but there is a 3rd bedroom and office that can accommodate temporary bedding. Extra nice!!
Houses may be exchanged together if you need accommodations for a larger group.

One of the houses is owned by my son who lives in NYC. The house is fully furnished and he only uses it occasionally when he visits. The other house my husband and I live in. If you are interested in that house we can stay in the other house. If you need both houses that could also be worked out depending on the timing.
