Exchange Zones

Hi fellow adventurer! My house is a sunny and charming 3BR cottage or "California bungalow" in upper Rockridge, 3 mins Montclair and Piedmont in the hills. We're about 10 mins from Berkeley, 20-30 mins from San Francisco (longer during commute hrs), and 5-6 mins from cool shopping and restaurant areas of Oakland - College Ave, Piedmont Ave, Glenview, etc. Rockridge is a great, friendly, quiet, pretty, upscale neighborhood. It's a sweet Bay Area location - St Helena (Napa Wine Country) is 1 hour away, Marin is 45 mins.

The house has a master BR with queen bed, a guestroom with double bed, and a child's room with 2 twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen. It's furnished attractively, art-filled, not at all cluttered, small (1350 sq ft), but super cute and perfectly comfortable. I've been remodeling it and it's in very good condition. There's a big rambling enclosed garden, good for kids, and a deck. We have no pets and none allowed please.

Note that we have awesome wifi and use Netflix, Hulu, etc, have a nice 32" flatscreen, but no cable and minimal channels of regular TV. Also no landline these days.
