New York City fantastic 4 bedroom apartment plus a pull out couch for 2 in the study. Living room , dining room and kitchen. Elevator, doorman building, AC only in bedrooms.
We are located in the best section of NYC, within 2 blocks of Central Park, major museums and the subway. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. I can email you pictures.

We are retirees. My husband Roger, was a financial securities lawyer and I was an NGO administrator. working in low income housing.

Now he volunteers with Lawyers withoiut Borders at the UN and I am an artist.

Roger has difficulty climbing many stairs so we look for exchanges which are on the 1st or 2nd floor
