We have a very nice doorman apartment overlooking Hudson River with a terrace on desirable block in Tribeca. We're a retired couple looking for an exchange on an occasional basis in or around Woodstock New York. We don't smoke. We don't have a car, but could rent one in Kingston or would use yours responsibly.
