The building has an elevator and doorman on duty 24/7. You can't have a more central apartment than this. It's an easy walk to the West Village, the East Village, Soho, Tribeca, basically anywhere below 23rd Street. Variety of subways available at Union Square and West 4th Street - a five minute walk.
