We would love to exchange our garden level apartment on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. It has 3 bedrooms (although one bedroom only has a crib in it right now) and 2 full marble baths. The kitchen is quite large by NYC apartment standards with granite countertops. It is very clean and tastefully decorated, and very convenient to everything in Manhattan. An express subway stop is 2 blocks away and it takes approximately 8 minutes to reach midtown.
