GREAT place! Located uptown, not in the craziness, but close to the subway that can get you ANYWHERE in the city! Across the street from a cute park (great for kids). Elevator building with laundry in the basement (hard to come by in nyc). We do have 2 cats that'd we'd love to leave, but can make accommodations if needed. You will love our NY apartment. Very homey!

We are a married couple with a 2 year old daughter. We're looking to take advantage of our great location here in NYC to swap for some great vacation time. We'd like to do it simulatiously, however it may be available for christmas, and thanksgiving, and possible the summer.
