Am looking for exchange in Italy so I can attend a culinary school there in the fall of 2010. I have two non-shedding, small dogs I would like to take with me. I cannot have pet hair in my apartment, so I cannot check off that pets are welcome here, sorry. Fabulous apartment, walk to Lincoln Center, Central Park, Columbus Circle, fab shopping. Cross-town bus right outside building, a few minutes to Central Park Zoo, Museum Mile, Columbia University. Easy-access by bus and subway from The Met to New York University to Greenwich Village. Perfect for a musician: Lincoln Center visible from window, concerts and films, theater, Juilliard School, MANNES, concert- quality Yamaha grand piano in livingroom.

Chef and writer would like to eschange for five months a beautifully furnished apartment in Manhattan for same in Parma or Tuscany to attend culinary institute. Plants on terrace when weather permits. Bright and sunny, fine furniture.
