Beautiful one-bedroom apartment in the heart of lower Manhattan. Just 2 blocks from Union Square (transportation hub, wonderful Farmer's Market, shopping, top restaurants, etc.) and Gramercy Park. The apartment is newly renovated and the perfect home-base for enjoying everything New York City has to offer. You can walk to the East Village in less than 5 minutes and walk to the middle of Soho or the West Village in less than 20 minutes (the subway will have you there and almost anywhere in Manhattan in 5!). A queen bed in a private bedroom, and a queen pull-out sofa bed with an air mattress. Sleeps four comfortably, although if all adults you will have more room with only 2 or 3 (only 1 bathroom). Full kitchen, full cable, wireless and very comfortable and new furniture. Can't beat this location for NY and you will love to come home to this little peaceful heaven after a great, late night out on the town!

I am a lawyer in Manhattan and live alone - I keep my place clean and love it! I will certainly treat your home as I hope you will treat mine:) I am traveling to Israel with a friend from approximately June 18 - July 5, but am a bit flexible on the dates. Would love to find a great exchange so that I can have Tel Aviv as a home base while I explore the country for the first time in more than 10 years!
